What is greater than wealth?
True wealth extends beyond investments and bank accounts - it lives in what is strengthened, shared, and carried forward.

Beyond market cycles. Across generations.

The First Nation clients we serve understand that capital of scale carries obligations that extend far beyond  returns. When investment horizons spans generations, your capital demands partners who can access the tremendous resources that RBC Dominion Securities can provide. We recognize each community has its own unique priorities and perspectives. The way we work together reflects that. What we do

Experience That Matters

Operating within a rigorous fiduciary framework, and supported by the unparalleled infrastructure of RBC Dominion Securities, Bellomi Wealth Management is honoured to be servicing First Nation communities. With unwavering commitment to transparency and accountability, our approach integrates strategies benefiting current and future generations. Every solution is customized to reflect each Nation’s distinct vision for their people.

Our Fiduciary Framework

Institutional asset management around the world is guided by eight internationally recognized fiduciary precepts that form the foundation of prudent investment stewardship. These principles, codified by global standards organizations, define the criteria essential for establishing sustainable industry benchmarks. They form the foundation used by pensions, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and economic development corporations worldwide to safeguard and grow their assets responsibly.

From Framework to Practice

Our fiduciary framework defines the principles- our process brings them to life. Every mandate is approached with the same respect, discipline and humility that guide our entire practice. In partnership with First Nation leaders and communities, we translate global investment standards that reflect local values, enduring stewardship, and intergenerational vision.

The Eight Global Fiduciary Precepts

 1. Know standards, laws, and trust provisions

Understand and comply with all fiduciary and legal requirements relevant to the client relationship.

 2. Diversify assets to specific risk

Structure portfolios according to each client’s unique risk and return profile.

 3. Prepare a formal Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

Define clear objectives, parameters, and responsibilities to guide decision-making.

 4. Engage “prudent experts” and conduct due diligence

Use qualified professionals and document a thorough review process for all recommendations.

 5. Control and account for investment expenses

Ensure transparency and cost efficiency in all investment and administrative operations.

 6. Monitor activities of prudent experts

Maintain ongoing oversight to ensure continued compliance, performance, and alignment with fiduciary duty.

 7. Avoid conflicts of interest and prohibited transactions

Prioritize client interests at all times with impartiality and integrity.

 8. Maintain appropriate records and disclosures

 Preserve transparency.

How we do it

SEVEN GENERATIONS OF POSSIBILITY. ONE DECISION AT A TIME

Seven generations is not a timeline. It’s a philosophy — one that shapes how we listen, how we build, and how we measure what success truly means. At Bellomi Wealth Management, in partnership with RBC Dominion Securities, it is the lens through which every decision is made.

UNDERSTANDING BEFORE EVERYTHING

Continuous learning is the foundational act of respect from which every strategy we design must earn its place.

No two communities share the same story, the same priorities, or the same definition of what success means. We begin every relationship in the same way, with a solemn pledge to embrace a slow and mindful approach to listening. We invest the time to understand not only financial positions, but governance structures, history, cultural relationship with the land and aspirations held for the future.

Our pursuit of knowledge and deeper understanding is not merely due diligence or background context – it is your remarkable blueprint, that’s what propels us forward.

INVESTMENT POLICY DESIGN

An Investment Policy Statement (IPS) in the right hands is more than a governance document, it’s a declaration of intent. We undertake its creation with the utmost seriousness as it’s our responsibility to accurately translate your vision into words.

The IPS breaks down the risk parameters, liquidity needs, return objectives and any prohibited investment themes that may not align with your core values.

Irrespective of election cycles and changes to staff and leadership, your IPS is a living document and guide for the future. We recognize that over the fullness of time there may be occurrences or events that require the IPS to be updated, however in its essence, the IPS is to serve as a guiding beacon for future generations who will govern the investments.

Bellomi Wealth Management has built a strong reputation in tailoring IPS documents. Our extensive experience ensures each IPS upholds the highest fiduciary standards of care; a skill set refined through in-depth fieldwork. There is no short cut to the hard work required to reach the level of expertise we bring to the table.

It is our privilege to create your IPS and to partner with you throughout the process, making certain every aspect reflects who you are and your unique objectives.

INDEPENDENT  - MERIT BASED  -  UNCOMPROMISING

Through our partnership with RBC Dominion Securities, we draw from an institutional-grade universe of independent Investment Managers. Investment Managers answer to one thing: your mandate. Every candidate undergoes exhaustive due diligence, relationships do not make the cut, performance and alignment do.

Every selection is unbiased, merit-based, mandate-driven and held to the full standard of fiduciary care. Transparent fee structures, and ongoing accountability ensure every allocation is deliberate and fully justified.

We’ve set the bar high, intentionally. We believe your capital demands this level of excellence. World-class Investment Managers with zero compromise.

OVERSIGHT THAT NEVER SLEEPS

Our commitment extends well beyond implementation.

Markets shift. Priorities change. Leadership transitions.

Through continuous monitoring, comprehensive performance reporting, and complete cost transparency, we deliver a strategy that's made just for you. Regular reviews keep your long-term objectives at the forefront, while allowing the flexibility to adjust over time as the needs of your community evolve.

BUILT FOR WHAT'S NEXT

Rapid advances in technology and innovation continue to reshape the investment landscape. What stands out the most in our experience — Investment Managers and strategies that served portfolios a decade ago are not necessarily the ones that will serve us best moving forward.

We are in the practice of continuous evolution. Progressive in our thinking, disciplined in our process, we are constantly scanning the horizon for solutions that are the most relevant to the future direction of your nation.

Investment capital can be a powerful instrument for growth. Stewarded with discipline and purpose, it becomes something greater — a bridge connecting what you are building today with the community who will proudly inherit it seven generations from now.

TRUE PROSPERITY BEGINS WITH THE FREEDOM TO SHAPE YOUR OWN FUTURE

Bellomi Wealth Management offers an inclusive, relationship driven approach, powered by the unmatched resources of RBC Dominion Securities and all the advantages an open-architecture platform provides.

We show up with a willingness to serve, guided by the community’s wisdom, and united in our shared purpose to transformative wealth creation.

No balance sheet can fully capture your journey. We are here to build the structures that honour it.

"We maintain a consistent and steady focus on transparent and sustainable wealth management. There is so much for us to learn from our clients. As a business based on respect and shared values, we work hard to earn the privilege to build relationships that last a lifetime."

Seventh Generation Principle

We embed a seventh-generation ethos into every portfolio: safeguarding present prosperity, walking alongside while you ensure the health, language, culture and lands endure for seven generations to come. This long-term horizon perspective guides our fiduciary driven practice, anchoring decisions in intergenerational resilience, ecological integrity, and sustainable opportunity for First Nations communities across British Columbia. We collaborate closely with leadership, knowledge keepers and governance bodies to co-create strategies that respect treaties, sovereignty, and community-defined priorities. Through transparent governance, outcome-driven reporting, and disciplined investing we deliver durable value for today’s families and the generations to follow.

Indigenous World Views

We partner with First Nations communities across British Columbia through a relationship-centric approach rooted in Indigenous worldviews. Our practice emphasizes relationships among people, land, resources and future generations. This holistic lens helps avoid single-issue decision making (e.g. short-term profits) that can harm communities or ecosystems. Dedicated to community-centered outcomes, a worldview philosophy centers on collective well-being by aligning goals with community priorities such as housing, health, language revitalization, and economic reconciliation. We ensure that governance and legal alignment reduce fiduciary and ethical risks by blending rigorous fiduciary discipline, respectful consultation, in order to uphold governance, consent-based processes every step of the way.

RBC Origins: Listening, leading and building together

Building upon the foundational progress we have made as an organization, we launched RBC Origins in 2024, which brought together RBC’s newly created Truth and Reconciliation Office with the Indigenous Banking strategy team under one enterprise-wide banner. RBC Origins is bringing to life one of the guiding principles of RBC’s Purpose Framework – Ideas for People and PlanetTM– advancing human rights and reconciliation. This shift marks the next chapter of our journey towards reconciliation and signals the bank's intent to apply the principles, norms and standards of a reconciliation framework to its corporate policy and core operational activities involving Indigenous Peoples, and their lands and resources.

Financial Literacy

Traditional wealth management is designed for individual accumulation. Linear timelines. Tax minimization. Quarterly returns. Exit strategies

Empowerment

What happens when the portfolio belongs to an entire community? When "long-term" means seven generations, not seven years? When success isn't measured in personal net worth, but in collective prosperity?

The stakes are too high for surface-level engagement

Settlement funds. Treaty resources. Economic development capital. This isn't abstract wealth. It's the financial foundation of sovereignty. Of self-determination. Of futures that First Nation communities have fought generations to secure.

We meet where you are

Real financial empowerment happens in conversations, in the messy, beautiful collision of different experiences, perspectives and vision. It happens in those unglamourous follow-ups requesting we re-think, redesign and return again, because how we approached things hasn’t landed the way it was expected to. When we finally understood this - truly understood it - everything about how we deliver financial literacy changed. We stopped 'presenting' and we started collaborating.

The real differentiator

Anyone can run a financial workshop; however, we have learned that cookie cutter approaches don’t work. Every nation carries its own history, governance, and vision for prosperity. So, we build together—financial literacy, fiduciary training, investment fundamentals, governance frameworks, multigenerational planning, youth empowerment.

This is our work. Quiet. Consistent. Essential.

The Truth: Knowledge Flows Both Ways

Financial literacy, at its best, is reciprocal—an ongoing exchange of ideas, experiences, and wisdom. We have had the privilege of working alongside communities throughout British Columbia, supporting education and capacity-building that strengthen both confidence and connection since 2003.

Our work is rooted in partnership. Every workshop, leadership session, and youth financial wellness program reflects our belief that financial learning grows stronger through mutual understanding. We don’t teach to people—we learn with them.

Equipping the Next Generation

We create workshops that support young people to explore the links between financial knowledge, opportunity, and financial prosperity. These workshops are more than education—they are spaces for dialogue, mentorship, and shared discovery about what prosperity means and how decisions today can shape a future.

Our commitment

Like traditional wealth management, we have been taught that financial literacy flows in one direction - from expert to student, from those who know to those who don't. We believe that knowledge flows both ways. We believe that financial wellness is not a box we check with a modified version of what is being offered to everyone else.

Transitional Support

In periods of governance change or leadership transition, continuity matters. We work to support the community, strengthen structure, ensure transparency, and preserve knowledge.

Custom Workshops and Shared Learning

Every community, organization, and leadership team face different priorities. We collaborate to design custom financial education workshops that address those needs—from the fundamentals of investing to fiduciary duties to governance strategy to multigenerational planning.

Each session is built through active listening and shaped by the unique values and vision of the people we serve.

Closing Reflection

Financial literacy is an evolving conversation—one that deepens as we listen and grows as we share. Our commitment is to remain a trustworthy partner in that conversation, ensuring every engagement fosters understanding, confidence, and continuity.
