Age of AI.
Propel progress.
Out on my run, I found myself circling a different kind of question.
Not just how do I do this.
But why am I doing it at all.
Because in a world where tools can accelerate almost anything, the real question becomes… what is worth solving?
Problems.
Progress.
Speed.
Scarcity.
Can I do this? Yes, likely.
Is it worth doing? That’s the harder question.
And I tell myself… stay with that.
Incremental improvement.
Habit stacking.
Step by step.
Still a human being in an increasingly automated world.
Abundance is all around.
Information. Opportunity. Tools.
And yet…
Time remains the constraint.
Time as commodity.
Time as limit.
Time we try to kill.
Strange, when it may be the only thing we can’t create more of.
So I come back to this:
Prioritize.
Focus.
Choose actions that actually matter.
Not just tasks mastered.
But thinking sharpened.
Critical thinking over task completion.
Meaning over motion.
Time. Money. People.
The perennial problems.
Also the reward.
In the age of AI, maybe the edge is not speed.
Maybe the edge is discernment.
So I ask myself…
What is truly worth my time right now?
