This one is a tough one.
Envy.
Where is this showing up for me?
I catch it.
Quiet. Subtle.
Sometimes sharp.
And my instinct…
dismiss it.
Label it unbecoming.
Move past it.
I tell myself to… pause.
What if envy is not something to hide from?
What if it is information?
Because when I am envious
I am seeing something I want.
Something achieved.
Something lived.
Envy as a compass.
Pointing to an unlived ambition.
Not a flaw.
A signal.
Ha… not so easy to sit with.
But powerful.
So now the question shifts.
What do I want?
And who do I need to become
to move toward it?
Ambition.
Acquisition.
Unapologetic achievement.
So I’m watching more closely now.
