For more than a decade, she has collaborated with Simon Fraser University to regularly offering guidance on career development in the wealth management industry. In addition to her university involvement, Pam is also hands-on in mentoring the summer interns with RBC Dominion Securities. She continuously offers her time and practical guidance to help emerging professionals build confidence and develop the skills to grow.
